💰RETURN & REFUND POLICY The Big Feets

At The Big Feets, we want every product to bring satisfaction. However, if an issue occurs, this return policy explains how refunds and returns work.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify. Opened supplements or used holiday items cannot be returned unless defective.

To request a return, contact us with your order number and item details. Once reviewed, we will issue instructions. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item, inspection takes place. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos. Once confirmed, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Seasonal/Christmas products may have limited return windows depending on date of purchase. Clearance and holiday-last-chance items may be final-sale.
